By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Use of the App
SnoreTrack is a sleep analysis and snoring detection application. You understand that:
Not a Medical Device
The App is provided for informational and recreational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent sleep apnea or any other medical condition. The heart rate and snoring data provided are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
Recording
The App uses your device’s microphone to detecting snoring. By using the sleep tracking feature, you consent to this processing.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium Features
Some features of the App (e.g., specific stats, ad-free experience, premium sounds) may require a paid subscription.
Google Play Billing
All transactions are handled securely through Google Play. We do not store your financial information.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your Google Play Account Settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Harass or harm another person using the App.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SnoreTrack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
